6. Contributor — Task Submission Process

The standard task submission process on Amplibuzz is as follows: Step 1 — Receive Brief: Upon campaign assignment, the contributor receives a detailed campaign brief via the Amplibuzz dashboard. The brief specifies deliverables, platform, tone, hashtags, links, and deadline. Step 2 — Create Content: The contributor creates content strictly in accordance with the campaign brief. Content must be original, authentic, and consistent with the contributor's usual public voice. Step 3 — Publish Content: The contributor publishes the content on the specified platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) within the stipulated deadline and makes the post public for verification. Step 4 — Submit Proof: The contributor submits a proof of publication via the Amplibuzz dashboard. Accepted proofs include: public post URL, screenshot of the live post with date/time visible, and any engagement metrics requested in the brief. Step 5 — Review: Amplibuzz or the respective brand client reviews the submission for compliance with the brief within 3 business days. Step 6 — Approval or Revision: If the submission meets requirements, it is approved and proceeds to payment. If revisions are required, the contributor will be notified with specific feedback. One round of revisions is permitted per task unless otherwise agreed. Step 7 — Completion: Upon approval, the task is marked complete and payment is queued as per the Reward Policy (Section 8).
